WORK EXPERIENCE:

Alice’s work experience in the beauty industry has spanned from working backstage at NYC Fashion Week for designers (such as Tory Burch and Peter Som, just to name a few) to photo-shoot/video-shoot work for authors and CEO’s of Global Companies at Harvard Business Review, and everything in between.  Her five year experience with leading makeup authority MAC Cosmetics has given her to the opportunity to work closely with the company’s Artist Training and Development team teaching Master Classes for MAC and training other employees to be the best makeup artists they could be.

ABOUT THE ARTIST:

Alice graduated from Massachusetts College of Art and Design where she studied Illustration.  One could say artistry runs in her family, as her uncle is a famous woodblock artist in Japan.  Alice has always loved the marriage of art and beauty.  As a little girl, Alice would watch her mother apply her makeup in the morning, getting lost in what her mother was doing.  Her passion for all things art and beauty developed further as she became a Makeup Artist for MAC Cosmetics.
